Statuses of orders

Here you can find description of each status at platform:

• Not Paid - Order is not paid, you have to Checkout button to pay.
• Paused - Order is on pause. You can see the reason of pause below the status. Please contact us to resolve the problem of pause.
• Moderation - Order is on checking by our moderation team. At working hour it takes up to 30 minutes, but at weekend and not working time the checking can be delayed for up to 24 hours.
• Scheduled - Moderation is passed, but start is delayed till target date and time. Order will start at target date and time.
• In Process - Moderation is passed, we started posting. You will see first results in 30-48 hours after change status to this. This stage is active during execution.
• Finished - We finished works with your order, you can check the result at the Google Drive folder near each order. There are screens with posted reviews.
