What if you have lost all reviews between 5 and 10 April 2018
Apple, in the period from March 29 to April 7, did update iOS to version 11.3. As a result, the algorithms of reviews were changed. A lot of reviews have been removed in all apps on these dates. Organic, custom-made, 90% of the reviews have been removed at all.
Unfortunately, our customers were also affected.
But removed not only paid reviews, but also organic, which indicates that our fault is not.
Also, in confirmation of the absence of our fault in the incident, I can say that our custom reviews published earlier and after these dates are present in the store.
We understand that it may look that we have not done our job well, but we have been on the market for more than 4 years and have received a lot of positive feedback about our work.
Unfortunately, there are situations, like this, that Apple threw part of the reviews.
This was already about 7-8 months ago.
No one is immune from this, and, unfortunately.
We understand very well that you have entrusted us with the responsibility for feedback, but we cannot be responsible for the actions of Apple.
